Group Outdoor Training

Victory Fitness is a outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into that special dress, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get fit before that special occasion, this is the program for you!

Accountability, motivation in a team environment

 

The heart of Victory Fitness is the relationships of the many women training in our fitness program. A huge reason women find great success in our program is due to the many friendships created within our camps. Accountability, inspiration and motivation are the key ingredients that friends offer one another in their journey to achieving their goals. Never again be uninspired, unmotivated or make excuses to not go to the gym alone. Join the many friends that will encourage you to get that "all important" workout in and start feeling better about yourself again!

Fitness Assessment Program 

 

In addition to finding inspiration and motivation from friends in staying steadfast in your fitness journey, tracking one's progress is also extremely beneficial in sticking with a challenging workout program. At Victory Fitness we monitor every clients progress throughout the program. You will experience immediate results as well as long term results when working out with us. A great motivating factor is realizing just how far along you have come and also what might need more focus. A sound assessment program is important to both the client as well as the trainer to ensure the client is getting the best results possible!
